Our January meeting will take place on Tuesday 15 January in the Chairman's Club which is accessed via the Colin Bell stand reception with free parking outside the City@Home office which is opposite.
We have had several issues raised by our members this season on the poor level of service by the access team and difficulties purchasing tickets so have asked Lisa Eaton who is Head of Supporter Services to attend to address these issues direct with you our members. It is vital as many members as possible attend this meeting so as we can get a balanced view and represent you effectively. A summary of complaints received so far have been presented to City ahead of the meeting and can be viewed here. If you have issues not raised in this summary that might need research to be able to answer please supply ahead of the meeting by emailing email@example.com
Stephen Tudor who is a City Blogger and freelance journalist will also be present. Stephen wrote the excellent Kippax Stand story in the last issue of our magazine Access4Blues He has numerous stories to tell of his time supporting city and players he has met and interviewed.
